Great experience! Had them come out to do a normal a/c check up and make sure everything was running OK. They were honest and didn't try to sell me anything we didn't need. Carefully looked over everything and gave some great advice on how to keep everything running well into the future. Highly recommend for all your services!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!  The 1-star reviews are all true.  Our home warranty company hired A Plus to fix the AC unit on the home we rent out.  They had to take several trips to the house over a three week period in the middle of the summer before the issue was finally resolved; however, months later and we're still trying to get a receipt from them.  They ordered the wrong AC unit; how do you order the wrong AC unit?  After they finally got that installed, they left without checking anything else.  When it started to get hot again, it was a week before they were able to come back to the house.  So, they replaced the thermostat.  The woman who works there, Donna, is a liar and manipulator.  At one point she told us that the workers were still at the house and that the job wasn't complete, so I called the renters who told us the workers left an hour ago and told them the job was done.  She kept telling us that she was going to charge us $100 for every trip to the house they had to make.  She tried to charge us and the home warranty company full price, EACH!  She never returns phone calls.  She refused to communicate with our renters and our property management company.  She'd call at 10:00pm and tell you that they'd be at the house at 7:00am the very next day and add that if no one was at the house they'd charge us $100.  I honestly don't know how anyone can stay in business with such piss-poor customer service.  Do yourselves a favor and call anyone other than A Plus.  My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

The person writing this review had a warranty on his air conditioner. We received a dispatch to the home. When Tech arrived, he found out it was “tenants”. A deductible was due when Tech pulled up in the drive-way, warranty company policy! Home Owner neglected to tell us there were “tenants” in the home. As a courtesy, Tech proceeded to make a diagnosis, to save the Home Owner a Service Call. We finally found out, through extensive research, the Home Owners had the house under Property Management through a local realtor. Once, we established who was responsible for the billing, Property Manager, ie: Deductible/Service Call, we sent them an invoice. When, we finally got the deductible/Service Call fee invoice paid, we called in the air condition unit to be replaced. The warranty company provided the new air conditioner. We picked it up and arranged with “tenant’s” to install it. 3 techs arrived to install the unit and the warranty company sent the wrong unit. The unit had to be returned and a new one ordered. When, the new one arrived, we picked it up, delivered it and installed it. After, we finished installing the unit, I called the Home Owner to get the invoice paid for the non-covered costs due. I spoke w Mr. Barrett and he disputed the charges Mrs. Barrett had already agreed to, and refused to pay us. Finally, he paid the amount he wanted to pay, not the amount they agreed on. The non-covered costs are agreed to and recorded through the warranty company, prior to equipment order. We have no control over what they pay and what they don’t. We did our job as quickly and efficiently as possible. The Home Owner called back the next week and we went back and installed a new thermostat as a courtesy. From the beginning, we communicated with Ms. Barrett until we completed the job and then, Mr. Barrett took over. They called months later wanting a copy of what they paid us but, I referred them to their property manager. It is the Home Owner’s responsibility to pay their deductible and non-covered charges and make the home accessible. Meaning, if they have a property manager, it is their responsibility to make the home accessible and pay maintenance fees. We did our job, we installed a brand new air condition system and thermostat for the warranty company.

Responded quickly to emergency call. A/C went out with temps over 100 degrees. Fixed the problem without trying to sell me a new unit. Honest and trustworthy! Will definitely use again!
