  Very poor service. Had them come out to see why my gas was not coming on to heat. Claimed I had a bad board to the furnace, so they by passed something to fix it for a short amount of time until the new part came in. This caused the heat to not shut off and the only way to stop it from getting over 80 degrees was to cut the power off to it. They bring the new part (over $260) hook it up and say it’s good. The problem is, it still won’t shut off. Get them back over to check it and now it doesn’t work it all. Good business

  Thank you for your review Zach. We sincerely apologize for this service. Looking back at the work order, I see that we replaced a thermostat and a fan limit control board. We will be happy to come out at no charge and see what the problem is. We would like the opportunity to fix the problem. Please call us and we will schedule it.

  I just got off from a call with a customer rep from Riddle. She’s the most polite and pleasant rep I’ve talked to regarding a maintenance plan for our water heater.
