  When we bought our house in July 2021 and found issues with the main unit that heats and cools the largest portion of the house, this is the company sent by our home warranty people. It took MANY visits and countless phone calls before the unit was replaced and working correctly. We understand that they have to jump through hoops with warranties and respect that and were understanding. The technicians were nice and friendly and were here all day trying to get our unit working properly after installing it. They finally get it working and our 90 degree house cools off for the first time in 2 months. Then winter hits. At first, everything seems fine. It gets a little cold, so we build a fire. Then another..and another. I notice that the heater seems to be constantly running but the house feels so cold still. Figured it was just “adjusting” to the colder temps and we would be fine. Takes a lot to heat a big house, right? Until I wake up one morning and the entire main part of the house is freezing cold. BEYOND frigid. We had to build fires and eat in front of the fire place to keep warm. We call, again, for the millionth time. They make it out a few days later and inform us that the thermostat was wired wrong. The thermostat and unit THEY installed and guaranteed to be working properly. Then we received a $500 electric bill because of their mistake. We have called multiple times, left messages with the secretary, asked to speak with the owner, something, ANYTHING to ask what the hell they can do for us with a $500 electric bill that they are half responsible for. They have dodged every call. They refuse to discuss the issue with us and say they will let the owner know. The owner has yet to reach out to us and at least offer an apology or anything. Given the choice, I would have never used this company. I don’t care what it takes, I will definitely use someone with better business practice and morals from here on out. At the very least, own your mistake and apologize for the incorrect work that was done that cost my family $500!

  The technician was very polite, professional and responded accordingly. Both technicians Richard and Brett. The service is great, one individual came one day, diagnosed the situation and another was able to return the next day, with parts to repair. The ladies in the office were very polite and professional. You don't find good customer service anymore. They were awesome 👌

  The technician Bobby they sent to do my repairs was amazing and knows his job very well. He took the time to explain to me what I need to do and why it’s so important that I do to get the best quality out of my unit. He is a great asset to this company and he went above and beyond today performing my service. Thank you very much for taking pride in what you do.
