We rented some equipment from Rick's and the motor malfunctioned when we tried using it. They did everything in their power to make it right for us. Sometimes in business not everything goes as planned and it is at these times that you really get to know what the business is all about. They did what was right for us and we will continue to rent equipment from Rick's for many years to come!

Excellent service. We rented a machine that was not compatible with our wiring and brought it back with the notion it was broken. Although it was our fault for not realizing this, the owner did not charge us for the rental and discounted our rental of another machine that was compatible to compensate for our time and frustration that was, again, completely our fault. It made a very frustrating handy man job a little brighter. We use Rick's Rental frequently and have never been anything less than impressed with the fairness displayed by the employees and the machinery condition.
