  In October the fan on our furnace went out. Olsen heating came out and put a "temporary" part on it to fix it until a new furnace unit could be ordered. We were in touch several times asking for any updates, as the temp fix they put in place was failing. The fan would stick on for hours and the unit overheated. It was a fire waiting to happen. We did not hear from them again until January when the unit arrived. It took them 3 weeks after that to come out to measure for installation. Said they would be back in a week to install the unit. 2 days later the son knocks on our door and tells us he won't be there Thursday, as we are having below freezing weather, and they are too busy with other customers. I called Dave Sr, expressed our continued concern about the fire hazard. He hung up on me, called our landlord and told him to find someone else to do the job. He knowingly left us in a dangerous situation, after stringing us along for 4 months.

  Our furnace stopped working suddenly on a night where it was 25 ° outside. I called them at 8am the next morning and they had someone at our home within a few hours. Fixed it within 30 minutes. Very friendly and respectful at a reasonable price! Will definitely continue to use them in the future!!

  Did not have a very great experience with this company. We recently bought a house in Libby and moved from another town. We had not had time to get the heating system properly inspected right away after the move so We called to setup an inspection on our heating system and to ask about our wood stove. The man showed up on time and was here all of 10 minutes. He told us that it was clear that the furnace had not been inspected or serviced in 18 years (due to the servicing record on the side) but that they did not do anything of that nature this time of year and that we should call back next fall. This feels a bit unethical that he would be willing to leave in a situation like that, knowing that we needed it to be serviced. The YouTube video we watched last week was more informative than this professional meeting. We also were informed that our filter was not one that we should be using, but when asked what kind we should use, the response was “a ceramic looking one” that we could get from ace. Not too sure what that means.
