  This is my second post, because the first one evidently got taken down. I called this guy 2 years ago waited 2 months for him after making the appointment just to get a 2 minute phone call from him after looking at my furnace for 1 minute telling me that it's no good he didn't have time. Told me I need a whole new furnace left me hanging had guy come over 2 Days later, he cleaned it I'm still using it 2 years after Rick said that I should get a new one don't let this guy fool you he's a joke most people I talk to say the same thing thank you

  Rick came over to take a look at a problem we were having, gave us some advise and said to call if problem persisted. Came over same day I called and was more than helpful. Definitely will be calling for any future issues.
