EDIT: I do not blame the technicians. They were actually friendly and helpful. The office needs better communication or needs to get it together. I called them on my mom and dad's recommendation. Everything seemed fine at first. They came and diagnosed the issue, no problem. They told me the office would call me with the part and total. They called the next day and we scheduled the appointment for the repair to be done, at 4pm. The window was between 4 and 4:30. I left work early to make sure I made it on time. I notice that it is 5pm and my boyfriend calls. The office girl says that their technicians are stuck at the previous appointment. She calls us back at 5:15pm to say that they will be out in a half hour. 6pm comes and we have heard nothing. We call to cancel the appointment and are obviously upset. 2 hours passed our appointment time. She tells us that they do not have an actual scheduling system and I about blew my gasket. Why bother making appointments if you won't honor them? We tell her we want to cancel our appointment and she promises us that there is one on the way. Their office is only a few minutes away, yet it took them another 10 minutes to get here. I only accepted because we desperately needed our air conditioning fixed, but I will never call them for A.C. troubles again. I expected better from a company that high profile clients, like my parents, use. Very disappointed.

I am troubled to hear of your displeasure with our office staff, we generally don't schedule hard times as the nature of the service trade is unpredictable. It is extremely hot right now with attics reaching upwards of 120° so we generally like to preform attic work in the early morning but was told you get home between 4-4:30pm so anytime after that worked for you, I do apologize for any miss-communication between our office staff and yourself. I am the owner/technician who came out and installed the damper in the attic and completed your work request to fix the air flow issue you had.
