  Very pleased with the services they provided. Tim was very professional and moved mountains to get us a new AC/heating unit installed. He promised before Christmas and he delivered. The young lady in the office was diligent with keeping us informed of the status. Nothing but a completely positive experience from start to end and will highly recommend them.

  We had an amazing experience with Desert Valley air conditioning repair contractors when we upgraded our residential hvac unit and thermostat. He had my best interests in mind. Our recently installed Nest required a new wire to be run from our outdoor unit to our thermostat, and this proved to be a difficult job with having an older house with a small crawlspace. Our technicians—ac guy did a great job problem-solving and found a way to get the new wire up to our thermostat. We are grateful for this air conditioner repair company and the professionalism of the technicians who completed our job. Recommend this company!

  Desert Valley is by far the best at what they do in North Las Vegas, and Henderson Nevada. Very honest about cost and repairs needed. was able to get a. ac repairmen technician right away, within a few hours. They arrived on time and was able to diagnose problem right away. He kept me informed of everything going on and explained what was going wrong with my air conditioner system. Had my ac fixed very quick. Very highly recommended.
