  Had them come in winter to fix blowers on my furnace in March. They said we left your air unhooked but call us back and we will hook it back up. Now months later they will not return my call. They sent 2 young men out over 2 weeks ago and said they would get back to me. Well many calls later and no response. If I were you I would look for a more reputable company. Theses people really don’t care. Left a job that wasn’t finished now I’m going to have to pay more because theses people know not what customers mean to them. Save your money call someone who really cares

  Richmond Heating and Cooling installed a new Evcon furnace for us and it's so much more cozy in our home now! We've also noticed a savings on our energy bills. Glad we replaced our furnace in time for the cold Michigan winter weather, because I think old man winter is finally here!

  Company had a quick response, excellent customer service, and was very reasonably priced compared to other companies we have dealt with or called. Definitely would recommend and use again.
