  Came to my house I wasn’t home i never talked to him but my wife did. He charged my wife $290 to replace a 30 dollars ignitor and change the filter which he said the filter costs 5 dollars and was out the door in less then half an hour. He took advantage of a woman because the man wasn’t home. And he told my wife what the problem was but never told her how much it cost till he finished. His a crook that took advantage of a woman.

  I called Northern Air Heating and Cooling after my furnace stopped working. Not knowing anything about furnaces, and how they worked, I asked around, and based on their review is why I called, (Northern Air Heating and Cooling is a family owned business, and I'd rather give my business to family owned business instead of large companies). I called, and left a message, within a 1/2 hour I received a phone call from Tim (the owner). Tim advised me he could come out that day. Tim was thorough, dependable, extremely professional, timely, cleaned up afterwards, polite, and VERY affordable at what needed to be done (The mother board needed to be replaced). I'm extremely happy with the results of Tim and his son coming out and fixing my furnace. Without a doubt I would contact Northern Air Heating and Cooling for my furnace and/or hot water tank!! Forever customer of theirs!

  As a contractor myself I'm probably hyper-critical of the trades. So it's always a pleasure to do business with someone that's doing things right. I'll recommend Northern Air to anyone that asks.
