  These guys not only charged me an excessive price but they installed a combination unit takes over a minute for hot water to come out of the pipes when I explicitly asked for something faster and was assured this would be the unit which justified the price tag. They even came to my house and agreed it was taking way too long. I’ve called repeatedly to address this over the last 2 months and have been ignored. Do not trust them. Update: they came back after I posted this review and installed a circulator with a timer. They were friendly about it and finally have what I paid for.

  Rice Plumbing shows up, does good work, and charges a fair price. What more can you ask for? Oh yes, and they’re courteous, too! Recommend.

  Andrew and Joe were very easy to deal with and helped to diagnose my circulator pump problem. Got it working and took pictures and model numbers in case it fails again so they can be ready. Highly recommended
