  Same day service was so helpful during the coldest stretch of the winter so far. The company dispatcher even suggested a possible solution to try before sending someone out, in case it would save us time and money. It didn't, but it was a nice suggestion. We were happy to be able to get an appointment that same day for technicians to come out and repair our furnace. Polite, helpful, and efficient. We appreciated the safety measures as well. Thank you for keeping us warm, RG Heating & Cooling!

  We were only looking to add a humidifier to our house. RG promptly sent us over options and got us scheduled within the week. Their workers were on time, wore masks and booties, were polite and informative. After installing the humidifier, the thermostat no longer worked, not related to anything they did. They gave us a loaner to get us through the night and came over the very next day to install a new thermostat. The process was seamless, it felt too good to be true. They used the phrase “we want to make this right” and that spoke volumes! Phenomenal experience.

  They were very easy to deal with and responsive. Alex the salesman was very helpful, and honest. He gave me my options and helped me make a decision vs pressuring me. I bought a new furnace the install guys Brad and Jesus did a great job. They were very efficient and helpful.
