  If you can, avoid this company. I called up customer care center about a malfucntioning ERV (air exchanger) which was under warranty. They did not provide any help to remediate the problem. Simply asked me to pull up every single hvac repair stores in my neighborhood to see who repairs their sub-par quality equipment.

  My BR130 was not installed as well as it could have been per the manufacturer recomendations, but still manages humidity nicely. I did have an issue arise with the controller but customer service was swift and easy to deal with
