  When this company first opened under the original owner, it was customer focused and maintained strong communications with the customer. Since the new owner took over, there has been virtually no communications with him. Some of the staff have been quite helpful ,nonetheless. Recently, with just a few days notice, on the excuse of losing staff, they canceled our account. We were mystified since we had had no significant issues with them, but they apparently decided for some reason that our account wasn't worth servicing.
