Excellent service provided by Timo! Finally got around to doing maintenance and service on our furnace since we moved in and the job was beautifully and professionally done. Prices are definitely good value with this company!

Wonderful experience with Residential. We just completed a replacement of our air and heating system, on time and on budget. Since we're on a hill, the install was a bit more complicated, yet the Pro's at Residential were undeterred. They've maintained our system for years and we are so pleased now that the new system is up and running in time for winter. So much better. We'd like to give a special shout out to David, Andrew and Matt, Jessie, Nick and Noah. 2x for Noah for painting the conduit to match the house paint.

I had a recent terrible experience with this company. My main issue is that their rep came to my home and insisted that I needed a full replacement of my system. When asked why? "He explained, " Because your system takes R-22 and that coolant was phased out in 2019" I asked if there was any left to be purchased. He stated no, I quickly fact checked that info only to find out that R-22 will be phased out 2020 and is still available and it the cost online was 17.00 to 33.00 a pound. When I showed him the information on my phone he backed up and then stated that they could get R-22 but it would cost us $80.00 a pound and it would take 4-6 hours to find the leak at $150 an hour. So I would be better off with a new system. That is at least $5000 installed. There was no mention of environmental issues at all. I was by that time Irate! I caught this rep dead to rights in at least 3 lies. I was lucky enough to find another HVAC professional who was able to locate my systems leak immediately as a loose valve cap. He recharged my system for a total price of $500.00. I am sure we will receive some response from this company to the effect of taking the high road regarding environmental issues etc. What they fail to be able to explain is the core issue. Their rep lied about R-22 phase out in 2019, and then lied about the availability and cost. Only upon being presented with alternative facts did he back peddle and change his stance to the extreme expense of repair. which was also another lie to manipulate me and make me fearful to buy a system from their sales team. So anything that is a response from this company can be expected to be at best only partially true based on the out right lies told to me at the beginning. So all these wonderful reviews.. Are you sure you needed a new system? I would recommend never working with any company who has a "sales" team and fancy trucks they need to pay for. Better go local with honest mom and pop shops.
