  Amazing people and an amazing company. I have used them many times. The night my husband passed away, my ac went out and I called Angie at 11pm in a hysterical panic. She was so kind and they walked me through some trouble shooting steps for a temp fix. Tim was at my door first thing the next morning to save the day. I can never thank them enough for taking care of my so quick in the worst day of my life. They are truly the BEST!

  I will echo what most are saying here, and have had the same experiences. I've used them I'd say at least 3 times or so and each time the experience has been fantastic. They will go out of their way to not sell you something you don't need. On top of that they will give you a very detailed technical explanation as to why you DO need whatever it is you need to fix the issue at hand. They have earned my trust time and time again.
