  I called Mid Cities after a bad experience with another company. My AC had gone out in August, but was still under warranty. The issue was a circuit board that took 10 minutes to replace and the company charged me $818 for the labor. After installing the new circuit board, the heat would no longer work. I called them back out and they said there was now a wiring problem that I would need to pay separately for. I ended up leaving the heating disabled to save money until it got too cold to ignore. I ended up going with Mid Cities for the repair this weekend and am so glad I did! They already had great reviews about their integrity and I couldn’t agree more. There was no wiring problem, just a need for a new thermostat. The technician tripled checked everything to make sure. As a single mom and home owner who has been taken advantage of time and time again, I will definitely be referring Mid Cities AC to friends and family from now on!

  We’ve had Mid-Cities out for maintenance before, but this is the first time we’ve had them out because our AC wasn’t running. The tech had the problem diagnosed in about 10 minutes, and gave me a great explanation of what was going on. This is the point where most of us homeowners brace for impact. Considering this is AC repair I was expecting to go ahead and hand over my first-born, but the quote was very fair. I say fair because I don’t think I’ve ever gotten through an AC repair without paying more than twice what I had to today. He replaced a part in about ten minutes, and I was up and running again! It was so quick and easy! The techs have always been very professional and friendly when they come. I’ll keep going back to Mid-Cities for the foreseeable future.
