  Great service! The came out very quickly and fixed the problem! In today's climate, its hard to find good service however RES certainly sets the bar. I will definitely used them again in the future.

  Great and fast service. They came out within an hour of me contacting them. On site within minutes assessed the situation/problem, found the broken capacitor and installed the replacement part. Cool air is circulating again.

  Was quoted a rate that they did not stick to. Did not diagnose the problem correctly and did not return my phone calls when I asked to have them come back out to complete the repair.
