  Former employee of iam. Did not treat its employees with the respect they deserve. When the economy hits the owner the owner hits the employees to save him an extra buck. Company Motto was “make it work” because they never had a clue what was truly going on. Uncommunicative from office to field.

  This is a great HVAC company! From the professional staff answering the phone to Paul, the first-rate technician that arrived at my home in Stone Ridge, VA. IAM Services has very competitive rates and an expert team. Paul knew I had out of town family arriving 3 days after an AC fan motor failed and pulled out all the stops to make sure we had cool air blowing again! I highly recommend IAM Services!
