  Great company to have come out and service your HVAC. Renaud Brothers was contacted by my home warranty company last Friday evening and TJ was at my house first thing Saturday morning. After discussing options regarding repairs to the current (undersized) system original to the house, we went with a full replacement of both the air conditioner and furnace, along with adding indoor air quality features. The equipment was just installed today and the installers did great work and were very professional. I would recommend Renaud Brothers to anyone.

  This company is a PRIME example of how customer service should be executed. Technician was out the very next day after we called in that our heat was out. He diagnosed what our issue was. He gave us two options to help fix it. One was a quicker cheaper fix. The other was a more solution based way. Once we decided which way we were going to go he looked up the parts needed, drove to go get them, and returned the same day to install! Our problem was fixed and the house was nice and warm within minutes. I can’t thank TJ enough. Very personable, great value, and honest. Thank you!

  I called TJ after hours after an ice storm came through the area because our heat was not working. He came out to assess the issues with our heat within 30 minutes. He needed to order a part the following morning and returned ahead of schedule to fix our issue. I don’t usually fill out reviews but felt it was needed due to his exceptional service. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and high quality service.
