  I’ve been using Chowning for years. I feel so confident in their services and knowledge. As a woman, I truly appreciate how the technicians are respectful and explain things in layman’s terminology. I always know they will be truthful and honest. They never try to upsell services or “find” problems. Truly a great company with great technicians.

  Found a huge pool of water under our HVAC unit early in the morning, due to sleet storms they were unable to slot us in the same day but prompt service the next. Turns out it wasn't anything to do with the furnace or whole home humidifier, but the water heater. Tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us newbie home buyers the information we needed, and the peace of mind that we didn't have an expensive repair on our hands! Thanks Chowning!

  My furnace bearings seized up and the blower stopped working...this happened on a Friday night when I got home from having my baby daughter 3 days prior...Scott, who was absolutely wonderful, was able to walk me through by phone how to temporarily manually restart the furnace...at midnight as well!! He stayed in contact with me over the weekend until his co-worker, Chuck, was able to make it out on Monday and get it fixed. Chuck drove out of his way to get the last blower in the area to get this fixed for my family and I. I will absolutely use Chowning for all HVAC issues. Scott and Chuck are absolutely awesome...
