  The service was an estimate to replace an old furnace and air conditioner with new ones or with a heat pump. The tech communicated well, was on time, and was knowledgeable. He diagnosed a current problem with our furnace and air duct system. We had received estimates from 2 other heating/cooling companies which gave us a choice of installations - basic, medium range and high end. Matthew from Relief showed me some figures on his computer pad but did not offer to send me comparable bids like the other companies. Thus, we are not able to fully evaluate Relief’s bid in comparison with the other two companies. We said we were gathering information to make an informed decision but it felt more like we were in a car dealership being “up sold” and asked to make a decision today. One example is that a couple of companies were promoting installing a 2 zone thermostat system. In their bid one company said it would cost just over $2,000.00 for a 2 zone system. Relief gave me a verbal estimate of $3,500 to $5,500 for a similar 2 zone system. We really liked a lot about Relief heating and cooling, their communication and responsiveness and their knowledge and expertise. Where they came up short was giving us concrete information that we could compare with other bids from other companies.

  It’s important to me to have the person who sells me the system to also be the person who installs the system. This way he knows what you discussed prior to the sell and the details of the installation. This is one of the reasons I chose Relief Heating and Cooling to install my new heating and cooling system. They were professional courteous and timely. I was happy with their price and the overall installation. I will definitely seek their services again.

  Amazing A+ company. They were outstanding and very informative about my HVAC issue. Matthew made sure all repairs surpass my expectations. Also, wonderful employees that performed the job to the highest quality. I'm confident that my AC system will be maintained with their service plan.
