  Our oven was not heating up. I spoke with Obadiah and explained to them the problem and did mention that the igniter could be the problem. The technician came promptly on time and within 5 minutes detected the issue and within 20 minutes replaced it. Everything is back to normal. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

  Called Reliance Heating & Cooling on a Sunday, promptly returned my call and figured out what was wrong with my furnace. The tech was genuinely interested in helping me and not just letting me buy parts I didn't need to give himself more profits. I will be using them in the future and recommend other people do to. Thank you so much.

  Air went out Saturday, tried one company first. Mount the following day, and said it would be a little while before they could get someone out to give us an estimate. So I called Reliance Heating & Cooling, and they came out that day. And by the next day, they were installing a new system. Very personable, friendly, quick to respond to any need, and did an outstanding job,. They were upfront about the cost, gave me options on payment or different avenues with which to go, and never pressed for anything. I would highly recommend Reliance Heating & Cooling to anyone. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
