  We have had a pre-paid agreement with Reliance for over 2 years and have been very happy with their service. Today, Berry was our service technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional. It was a nice experience having him in our house explaining and answering any questions we had.

  Berry arrived very timely. He diagnosed our A/C system discovering that Freon had leaked out since last year and found the leak in an unusual area after a thorough inspection and was able to resolve the problem in a timely basis. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him to service your HVAC systems.
