O' Neal and his crew were professionals. They went the extra mile to ensure that the equipment was up to the standards I expected, the installation was professionally installed and they didn't rush when the install was over and it was time to insure the heating and AC were outputting the air properly. This install was a week ago, and while I normally would wait a while longer to post a review for a major project such as this, I would recommend this company if you need an HVAC Installation.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Omega Heating and Air. It started last summer when both of my a/c units went out. My home warranty company referred us to Omega Heating and Air. A technician came out and did the I initial inspection. After about 3 weeks of going back and forth between the home warranty company and Omega, the finally came out to repair the units. They came out on a Friday and by Monday the air stopped cooling. They came back out and replaced a part that they didn’t notice needed to be replaced at first. A few weeks after that both a/c units stopped cooling again. They came back out to correct something else. Finally the downstairs unit cooled, but the upstairs unit still was not blowing cold air. Please keep in mind if this is the middle of summer and we have three children under the age of 10. I called Omega again. This time they told me that my filters were dirty and charged me $15 for one filter and a $69 service charge. Mind you, I already paid $100 for the initial inspection, plus $1000 to fix both units (which was only my portion separate from what the home warranty company paid). The upstairs unit still was not cooling. The next morning water was leaking from my attic where the furnaces are located. Someone comes back out and tells me that my house is leaning which is why water is leaking from the furnace in the attic. At this point I am frustrated and very much annoyed. I call Omega back again and request that a manager come. The manager comes and realizes that repairs that were made during the initial repair was done incorrectly and that each technician that came out since then should have realized that. He corrected the issue and the upstairs unit finally blew cold air. Last week it got kind of warm so I turned on both a/c units. The upstairs unit was blowing hot air. I called Omega again and a technician came out (the same one who told us that my filters were dirty) found another problem on the downstairs unit. He charged us $69 for the service charge and said that the office would call us back at schedule a time to come back and do the repairs. That was on Saturday. It’s now Thursday and I’ve heard nothing. I am DONE with Omega Heating and Air. I will use Reliable Heating and Air moving forward.

My family and I can look forward to a cool summer thanks to Omega Heating and Air. Both of our units had to be replaced. The installation technicians came in and handled business in a timely and professional manner. They were pretty friendly and answered any questions we had. Jason the "comfort advisor" was very helpful as well. Any time I had a question he was just a phone call away. Thank you Omega Heat & Air.
