Used AHS warrantee to make appointment for our furnace. The office called this morning to let me know a tech was on the way. Dante arrived and got us up and running in 20 mins after cleaning a part and also inspected all other parts on furnace. 10/10 would recommend.

So far not reliable at all. This company wont answer phone calls nor text messages if no immediate payment is involved. They are contracted w my ins so I have to use them but my furnace was out not even a yr ago and now for a week.

UPDATED: THEY DID COME AND USE CAULK/SEALANT? THE HOLES CLOSED AFTER REVIEW WAS POSTED

Install of new furnace and AC and left holes in my walls large enough for snow/rain bugs/wasps etc to get in. Contacted Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and today and continue to get the run around on when this will be fixed. Left everything to be cleaned up by myself even though it was in my quote for them to take care of their mess. Worst company I have ever used for any service.

We are forced to use this company due to our home warranty. They have been out every year for the last 4 years to work on our central air unit. We have frequently had to add freon as they have never completely fixed the obvious leak. This year it was the same issue. They came out and said we needed coolant. My husband asked about the leak and the service manager Allen said yes there was a leak and he personally would not fill it without fixing the leak so he said that he would look into their records to see when they had been out in years past and asked us to call and get dates as well.

We did that. Fast forward two weeks and the ac had stopped all together. Not just freezing up, but not blowing. We put in a request for  them to come out. They came out yesterday. When Allen returned he only wanted to put in coolant and demanded cash or card. My husband said card, but asked about the leak. Then mentioned he had the dates Allen has asked for. He blew him off. My husband tried to tell him it is no longer blowing any air hot or otherwise, but he was rude and dismissive. He went to out basement and said your coil is old. Then went back upstairs, disconnected the wires you use to put coolant in. And went to leave. My husband asked him what the plan was. He told him he was leaving and going to have us transferred to another company. My husband asked why? He told him because it will be a better situation for you and a better situation for them. My husband said what does that mean? He stormed off. We were never rude to them, but man were the unprofessional.

Needless to say I was not happy. It was 90 degrees in our home and past hours to get another service call. I left a negative review on their social media page. They responded with lies.when I called them out on their lies and told them we were going to file a formal complaint with AHS... They wanted to make amends and have me call you work it out. When we spoke with our warranty company, they had lied and said we had refuses service. Never happens we just wanted to have the leak fixed so it didn't just leak out right away again, because that is completely out of pocket. And we would have to pay for it again.

I would never use them, but if you decide to, just be aware.

Another issue is when you call them they also hardly return calls and you are forced to leave multiple messages.

Update... Now someone, (most likely Jennifer, because she is the one lying on social media) is calling my husband's phone and telling home to get F$&#ed. So yeah super professional like I said. Truth is painful apparently

Very friendly. Response time is great. They were able to have my furnace fixed in less then 30 min. I would definitely recommend.

Called my home warranty and was called next day to set up appointment. They sent Allen who was not only really nice guy but extremely knowledgeable. Had a blower motor go out and he was in and out in no time. I will use this company again and would recommend to my mother. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I RECOMEND NEVER USING THEM!!!!! During February ice storm 2021 took 3 visits to finally diagnose problem after was told first as well as secnd fix would solve the problem then was finally told I needed a new furnace they came out to replace furnace an preformed a modification to the exhaust or the main heat vent flow of max 2 feet for 295 cant say I know pricing but seems a lot for that size of modification then I was charged a permit fee of 100 for the town of normal an they never filed as all this is public knowledge an after talking to normal an calling reliable numerous times saying I would go to the better business bureau they finally filed the permit.  I CAN'T SAY IF THEY ARE JUST DISHONEST AS A COMPANY OR PEOPLE THIS  WAS JUST MY EXPERIENCE ALL I CAN SAY IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU ONLY RECOMMENDATION I HAVE AS FAR AS THIS COMPANY IS DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!

Your service tech Allen was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple things not working and he didn’t hesitate. Got the right parts and finished up.

To start with everything reliable heating and cooling ended up fixing at my house was due to a company that should no longer be in business. My home warranty assigned Reliable to replace the HVAC system in my house. To start Allen and his men showed up first thing in the morning when they said they were going to. Allen and his men did a walk through and explained to me everything that was going to take place and to why. They then explained to me what unit they were going to install and why. They got right to work removing the old HVAC system that was installed wrong and replaced the ruined floor under where the new inside unit sits. Allen and his team worked in the heat and dirty crawlspace as a professional team all day long, every time they ran into a problem they worked as a team to come up with a solution. Allen holds himself and his men to a high standard. Allen and his men worked for 14 hours to install this new unit in my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company with high standards and cares about their customers!!

We have used Reliable Heating & Cooling 2 times now. We noticed our furnace wasn’t keeping up. Allen and his crew came out quick, found the problem, and replaced the furnace at a great price. Fast forward just over a year, middle of summer, our AC gave out in the middle of a heat wave. Allen came out, told me the issue, and got it taken care of immediately. I have since recommended his business to several family and friends. Won’t be using anyone other than Reliable.
