  The name should read UN-reliable. 2 scheduled appointment at 2 different house.. both appointments missed without even a call. The first house we did reschedule and the work when done was done well. The other is a rental.. they did call the tenant in which he couldn't immediately answer. He did call them right back several times and each call went to voicemail. They came recommended by someone I trust but I will not be calling them again for my house or rentals.

  I have used reliable a few times now and I can say there isn't a need to shop around. They have been the best priced and best communicators. There is no bait and switch and no hidden fee's. It's refreshing that these guys are really vested in their community.

  My furnace wasn't working! Boo! Luckily, Reliable Heating and Air came out to my house and quickly assessed the situation and fixed the problem. Very knowledgeable and friendly! I called Air Extreme first because if you google Furnace Repair they are listed first. Anyhow, sadly, they were supposed to show up at 11 am and no one showed up or called to say they weren't coming.😞 So Reliable Heating and Air saved the day! Thank you!
