I have used region energy for the last 4 years with automatic propane delivery services to prevent from running low on propane. 3/4 years I have run out of propane and lost heat in my house. They did not respond in a timely manner. This year when I started to have trouble and saw it was low I called for a delivery. I then proceeded to run out like I have previously. Lost all heat in my house. They are still refusing delivery. I would not recommend this company for anyone looking for respect or reliability

They will charge you a significantly amount more per gallon of oil than other local oil companies and claim it’s because they offer full service but you’ll pay an EXTRA COUPLE HUNDRED per oil delivery and still charge you full price for maintenance jobs. This is price Gouging. Don’t use them, they’re robbing their customers

My family has been with Region Oil for 40 years. Forty. They were once an honorable company that we never had to worry about. Now, it’s all my husband and mother can do to not spit in their faces. Quality of service has declined for years. Okay fine. Life goes on. Then over the last year plus we must’ve had 10 or more service calls to our furnace which had a new problem everyday. At no point did any of their techs think to look inside the actual thing to see it was completely corroded from the inside and literally being held together by rust. The furnace reached a point where water was just leaking out from the massive holes within. Unusable. We had no heat or hot water. We arranged to meet with a salesman about pricing out a new unit. Their salesman (and I’m using that term generously) had zero interest in ensuring we had a new unit. We tell him our situation with financing and we couldn’t drop thousands right then and there (we just bought a new tank from them which was a massive headache) and wanted to go with a cheaper unit with a payment plan. He said that Region Oil is not a “charity”. Obviously we didn’t reach an agreement that day and weren’t any closer to a new furnace, but our minds were made up that day that we’d move to natural gas with another company. A few day later they delivered oil. They delivered oil to house with a non working furnace. We are refusing to pay for it. And we have since switched to natural gas with T Daniels. Region Oil does not care about its customers. I would avoid dealing with them at all costs. Insane costs aside, they have lost any sense of humanity you’d want from a business.
