  R&E has been a blessing ever since our household has started using there services. They are there when you need them the most. A gentlemen named Mario came out to our house and patched a leak in the air system. He also performed maintenance and replaced all of our air filters for each system. He was sooo helpful. He was honest in what needed to be repaired and was kind enough to stay as long as it took to get the job done. He also was very considerate in cleaning up after himself with where any of the work was done. Did a fantastic job being flexible in our household environment with the pets. R&E makes their transactions personable because the people who work for them genuinely care about your needs.

  We have used Edgar and Mario multiple times for any AC issues. Any time we run into trouble, these two will take care of the problem. We always recommend them to anyone who needs an AC guy. These two are knowledgeable and reliable. I don't think we would ever call anyone else! Thanks for all the hard work over years - it never goes unnoticed, and is always appreciated.

  Brian S. was the most professional and thorough AC technician I have ever seen! He answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend him for any AC service you might need, and if he is the technician that services your unit you are in excellent hands. Brian S. is a tremendous asset to R & E!
