  I have used Powell AC and Heat for right at 4 years since Allen took over the business. I have multiple rentals and apartment buildings in Polk County, Allen has always quoted me fair pricing and always been reasonable on service work. I am able to reach Powell AC and Heat 7 days a week when needed with a quick response. Powell AC is my go to company for all my ac needs.

  Great company! I am a local Realtor and Powell is definitely my first choice for air conditioning & heat repair. Always responsive, quick to get to job, and do great work. Just last Thursday afternoon walked into a listing that was a blazing 90 degrees inside, called Powell and he was out there and had it back up & running in no time. Total lifesaver!!
