  We were never given any instruction manuals for our new heat pump which they installed under the Sears Maintenance agreement, but we had to pay, I believe $1800 but it was supposed to be no charge. Because we were never given an owners manual, we didn't know that he outside unit needed to be hosed down, unlike our previous unit, and it broke. OVER $800 Is what Reeves charged because again, Sears did not honor the maintenance agreement. Now, months later the unit broke down again for no known reason. I have been texting Mr. Reeves about it and also about a bank charge I shouldn't have had to pay and he promised he would mail a statement for my bank so I can get my money back but he has not.
