Great customer service with an immediate response. I highly recommend them.  The tech was extremely nice and informative.

Scheduled an appointment at 4pm. No call No show. I had cancelled another appointment with another company because I was confident I would be going with Bobs. Now I have to wait another day with no AC due their lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Update: I did receive a sincere apology from Bob’s Heating and Air. I understand things can happen and appreciate that they at least reached out and offered an explanation of what happened. I do not wish any harm to any privately owned company due to an honest mistake. I will give them the benefit of the doubt based on their rating and may even give them an opportunity in the future.

The motor blew on our unit yesterday morning. When we called the woman who answered was knowledgeable and helpful. Our service  repair man, Phillip came out right on time. He took out the motor quickly, and diagnosed the issues. He had to return the next day with the part and final repair. It was prompt. He was on time. The repair was done quickly and he gave us a lot of advice and tips on cooling our home and taking care of our unit. Things we never thought of. The cost was very reasonable for parts and labor. It was nice to work with a company that did not go for the high dollar sell, like replacing the entire unit when it was unnecessary, which has happened to several friends of mine.  We will begin scheduling  yearly check up with Bob's and when the time comes to actually replace it is good to know we have a trustworthy business to turn to!

Easily the best experience I’ve had with any HVAC company. Everyone involved was very nice and helpful. We needed a new unit installed during the hottest part of summer and Bob’s team got it done quickly and at a great price. Going forward, I know who I’ll call when we run into HVAC troubles. Thanks guys.

Bob and his team members (specifically Phil) were incredibly knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process of my repair. Bob gave me a part to keep our heat going through the night before coming to do the full replacement the next day. It was quick and easy to set-up the service appointments. I would highly recommend Bob's!

I needed same day service and Phil came out within an hour and a half of the initial call. It was raining and he didn’t balk. We have to have a motor ordered and replaced. Phil explained everything well, as he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thanks Phil!!

After first starting with a different company & being charged over & over without having the problem fixed we decided to get a second opinion, as the first company seemed to just want to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. Wished we would have started with Bob’s. Phil & Bob were much more knowledgeable than the previous company. They made room in their schedule the next day & the problem was fixed. The pricing was very fair, & it’s nice to see that there are companies who you can trust that operate honestly & ethically. So glad that we decided to go with this company. We will only use them from now on for all our heating & cooling needs.

Great Company Service
Bob and his guys are very knowledgable and fair on pricing. I appreciate that Bob explains what he is doing and why. I appreciate that Bob attempts to try and fix a component rather than just recommend full replacement. He also advised on some things that we could do ourselves prior to calling for service. Petersburg is lucky to have him.

Great service and very knowledgeable. Was able to figure out the problem with my unit immediately and was able to give me tons of information about the system I have. Would definitely recommend.
