  I had trouble with my HVAC, not cooling and the coils are getting frozen and they came and checked and found a leak. They added the needed things to check if that is the issue. Post that they called me after 10 days to check how are things. I was very happy thought they were responsible. I told the coils are still getting frozen. They came and did a UV light check and found the source of leak. The guy told me the manager will call to give me a quote to replace the coil They took time and had to do multiple follow ups and had to call several times... Finally after around 2.5 weeks they came and fixed it. It's working good so far

  Mike Jr. did a great job servicing our furnace for the winter. He also inspected our old radiators through out the house. We are all set for the cold weather now. We highly recommend Reel-Strong. They have been our service & repair company for a long time. Always reliable!

  I decided to install central air conditioning and a new furnace. After receiving estimates from five different companies I decided to hire Reel Strong. Their service was top notch. Mike, who came over with the estimate was extremely thorough and always returned my calls with questions about the installation. The girls in the office were courteous and efficient. On installation day Mark (with 36 years experience) and his crew arrived on time and proceeded with the installation in an orderly and timely fashion. The electricians (Marvel) were also very professional. I would certainly recommend Reel Strong for all air conditioning/heating needs.
