  Customer service from Jose was professional. He assured a technician would dispatch in a timely manner. Received follow up information and a picture of the technician arriving which made me feel safe. When the technician arrived (Brian) he was professional, cordial, knowledgeable and quickly resolved my plumbing issues. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

  We just moved into a new house and immediately had some plumbing issues. I called and talked to Luke who was super professional and set us up with the next available appointment. Soon after, Steve dropped by and fixed our problem. He made sure it was completely resolved before leaving and even helped set us up with a future appointment to do some preventative maintenance that wasn't so urgent. I'll be calling Good Tidings again next time I need any work done. Wish I could give more than 5/5 stars!

  Good Tidings just repaired our boiler. Steve and Brian are always doing an amazing job, this wasn’t the first time with our old boiler. My wife and I are very Satisfied costumers. Thank you again Good Tidings. Especially Steve.
