Tim has decades of heat pump experience and is extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to describe the installation process and answer all your questions.   I didn't know Tim when we had geothermal installed in our new house, unfortunately. But after the installing company botched the job and then couldn't get it working well for 2 years, Tim came to the rescue. Simply put, he's an expert. Tim's experienced in the many ways geothermal (and other heating & cooling systems) can be installed. He fixed the major issues with our system, then talked through the many choices that were possible going forward, allowing us to make the right decision based on our budget. Tim's responded quickly when we've had emergencies and he and Reggie have always taken the time to clearly communicate options so that I better understand my geothermal system.
