Had a great stay at AC over New Year's weekend. Place looks brand new and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The locations is central Worcester, walking distance to the Public Market and Polar Park. Roaring (gas) fire going in the lobby, well appointed 24 hour fitness center, secure underground parking and more. Staff were friendly and helpful. 110 Grill connected to the AC, no need to go outside.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel. My stay was just one night but it was very comfortable and convenient. That said I don't understand the propensity for opaque glass bathroom doors! Fortunately, it was just me but I sure would not want to have children with me with that somewhat clear door! Those doors are also annoying if you get up and need to use the bathroom when others are still sleeping. It lights up the whole room!

This place is wonderful as a hotel, the staff are ignorant and incompetent. The nightmare began at check in, when my mobile key wasn’t ready up my arrival. We were in town for a wedding and we missed the shuttle to the wedding venue because I had to wait in line to check in again (even though I already did through the Marriott Bonvoy app). I was told by the child at the front desk that I obviously used the wrong app to check in and that their hotel is a “different” brand. Nope, not kidding! I wrote to corporate and I’m going to write again because I booked and checked in through the app and secured a rate of $125.00. Thus hotel charged me over $200. Oh and they gave away my king room because they said I never checked in! Good thing I kept a screen shot of my confirmation in the app. I’m reaching out to the state attorney general because the management of this place is all sorts of wrong and incompetent. Stay far away from this place. Never again for us.
