  I talked with Jamie Redd. He promised a quote for a new installation. At the end of the conversation I had the feeling that I would not hear back from him. And weeks later - no response. I did not wait on him, so no real harm done. You can often tell when someone is not saying what they mean and does not mean what they say. I suppose it's a small thing. But he and I can't do business now. It would have been just as easy to be straightforward.
