  Do not rent from Reagan Property Solutions. If you do, do not expect your security deposit back or any kind of maintenance or care to be taken on your house. Multiple times throughout the year we had issues with water leaks/running toilets, etc. and the landlord would stop by for a few minutes, claim the problem was fixed, and then leave. All around terrible experience and am just writing a review to warn other people to stay away!

  Promised services and never came through. Pretty much avoided my calls towards the end. I ended up having to do the service myself since there was no communication. Edit: They did call and apologize for this and it really seems there were some unforeseen circumstances that caused the mixup.

  Quit communicating with me after a couple of months, failed to follow through to schedule job, was paid in full by finance company! Do not use this company. He got all the money and did zero work! Have evidence of lies/deception! Look elsewhere!
