The service technician was top-notch! Ryan was friendly and professional. I felt very confident that he was knowledgeable and honest about the repair I needed. He was respectful of my property and to me. He had the necessary part with him and had the repair completed in an hour. My deep disappointment and astonishment was with the cost of labor. I don't know how the exorbitant cost for a one hour and fifteen minute service call can be justified. However, if I had refused the high labor cost, I would have been out the $129 for the diagnosis and estimate. I felt trapped, as I'm sure many do. I'm felt sorry for this talented technician who received a fraction of the labor cost I paid to Sears Appliance Repair. I'll go elsewhere next time I need appliance repair.

* The technician, Mitchell, was very good. He installed the parts that were ordered earlier this month. He was quick, efficient, neat, orderly, kind, compassionate. I am glad he was the one that came to help me with my appliance (DW) problem. Thank you, Brenda Clark

Both Maytag washer and dryer are working. This means we did not have to go look for a new washer and dryer that would have cost 1600 to $2,500. Much more convenient then having new equipment delivered. Total cost is about $400 to repair the rollers in the dryer and he also lubricated the pulley and cleaned. Additionally he removed any lent that was stuck.
