  Randy was very friendly and provided unbeatable customer service. He did not make me feel ashamed of myself for not know how to fix the problem. On the contrary Randy listened to me and took the time to explain what was going on and what he would do to fix the issue. He even educated me on the process. Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company has gained a customer just because of Randy's customer service.

  Our condenser broke. Randy came out same day after hours and he was great. Super personable, knowledgeable and had our house on its way to being nice and cool a few hours later. We’ve always had great experiences with Randy working on our mini splits, so I wasn’t surprised that Ari was just as good. I’ll definitely continue to recommend Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company in the future!

  Randy is amazing! Very professional, priced fairly and very flexible with my husband and I schedule. I've contacted several contractors and Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company price beat them by a long shot! Randy was very honest about what I need to convert my garage into an office space. He and his team installed a mini-split which I love!!! he even installed a few outlets at a discount rate as a bonus!! I can't say enough good things about this company!
