I contacted this company on Memorial Day after having had 24 Hour Service, Inc. in the morning wasting my time for two hours trying to charge me $600+ to replace a $20 part (Amazon), who could still not even fix the AC after having replaced that part.

Same day I called Air Anytime, Florin showed up on time and, in less than one hour, he had the AC going in one of the hottest days of the season. He charged me less than the other company tried to charge me, and was very pleasant throughout the process. I requested a quote to replace my units and we quickly sent them the same day and followed up early in the morning.

I had the perception from the get-go of dealing with a very honest person that would not leave the house until the AC would be working again, and would not try to gauge me on fees.

I highly recommend this business.

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with any home improvement issue.  Company I had used for years diagnosed my 15 year old Trane as being time to replace.  I got 3 estimates from companies I had researched on Google to replace it with a Heat Pump and one by far stood out in terms of price and scope of work.  Every aspect of what was to be done was outlined.  Was given an estimate of 10 days for the install.  Well, the pandemic had other ideas and delayed the install owing to supply chain issues at York.  From the start Florin offered to repair my old unit which I initially declined but accepted once I knew of the delay.  He amazingly got my "shot" unit working again.  Here is what separates Florin and his company from ail others IMO.  He did not charge me for the repairs.  He simply wanted to make sure my wife and I were comfortable until the new heat pump was installed.  Well, yesterday it was installed.  Richard and Brad were the installers and did a 10+ job making sure every aspect of the job was completed to both their and my satisfaction.  Last night, a cold one, was the most comfortable our house has ever been.  And with the ecobee thermostat I was able to heat the downstairs before going down from upstairs.  Forget about 5 stars, Florin and his techs get 10!

I rarely post reviews but I made it a point to post one about my experience with Florin at Air Anytime because I only hope it can help someone else.  Finding a fair and reputable AC repairman/company seems to me like finding a fair and reputable car salesman or moving company.  There are so many horror stories about people getting ripped off.  Therefore I did an exhaustive search for someone to fix my AC when it stopped blowing cold.  After researching numerous companies, I found not only did Air Anytime have incredible Google & Yelp reviews, they had an A+ from the Better Business Bureau.  Florin was very responsive, he came out the same day and kept me posted as to when he was coming and on the way. He was able to add refrigerant to get the unit blowing cold again and didn't try to sell me on some expensive repair or unnecessary service.  He was extremely professional and very personable plus the price was extremely fair.  I highly recommend Air Anytime to anyone in the South Florida area.

Due to the fact that my 20-year-old split system central air conditioning was on its last legs I decided that this last winter would be the best time to replace everything with a high efficient system.
My next-door neighbor, who has worked with Florin in the past, gave me a very positive recommendation to utilize air anytime.
Florin and his team came out for a consultation and persuaded me to install a variable speed unit which was one of the best decisions I ever made.  One of its best features is definitely the quietness of the unit.
We set a date and the team was able to install the entire unit in one day. Florin even showed up to make sure the job was done right and personally installed the thermostat himself.
I went with the York split system primarily due to the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Florin indicated that he would send in the necessary paperwork to have Johnson Controls, who owns York, send me the warranty papers.
I received the parts warranty on an expedient basis but when I called Johnson Controls about my labor warranty, I kept getting the runaround. I emailed florin about this delay and received the labor warranty the very next day.
Having personally worked in a service business for 40+ years I would recommend air anytime LLC as the best business in town!

My a/c wasn't cooling & it was leaking. I did some online research & found good reviews for this company that didn't seem fake. So l called their # & left a vms & was promptly  called back.  I was pleasantly surprised when I  was told their tech could be at my home the same day & arrived within the hour.  The tech was very professional & knowledgeable.  I was expecting to be pressure to  be pressure into a costly repair or a new a/c unit as I had been told by another big name company when I had trouble a short while ago, but at no time the tech try to bs me just because I was a woman.  So he told me it needed a drain line cleaning which would cost me less than $150 & if I decided not to do it there wouldn't be a fee for the quote unlike the other big name company which quoted $3000+ repair or $5000+ for a new unit.  So I definitely give Air Anytime a 5+ review.
