This business was contracted by Old Republic Home Warranty to diagnose and repair/replace my faulty upstairs AC unit. Initial assessment of the equipment (leaking coil) was expeditious and gave me a good feeling that the problem would be quickly rectified. #1 System coolant recharged (3rd week of June '21) The waiting game was in play for Old Republic to make a decision on whether to replace or repair the AC unit. 2.5 weeks go by and the technician informs me (due to MY inquiry), he's waiting for the business owner to let him know of the status decided by Old Republic. #2 System coolant recharged (2nd week of July '21) System no longer cooling, requested tech to recharge system. During recharge visit, tech informs me of Old Repulic's decision to repair the system in lieu of replacing it. #3 System coolant recharged (2nd week of Aug '21) System no longer cooling, requested tech to recharge and inquired about the parts needed to actually correct the problem. #4 System coolant recharged (1st week of Sep '21) 2.5 more weeks go by. I inquire again on the parts needed to complete the repair of my upstairs AC unit. Informed from tech of the parts arrival on the 29th of September '21. System no longer cooling and needs recharging, AGAIN. October 4th '21, multiple calls and voice messages placed to the business. Calls and messages (voice and text) directly to the tech (only communication method that produced ANY kind of response). No return call or messages from either the business owner or tech. 5th time system needs recharging and no contact from Rand's Heating and Air. The AC system needing repair is responsible for cooling my CHILDREN'S rooms. It's been close to FOUR MONTHS since this repair has been needed. I've been more than patient with this process, given possible delays in supply chains which have not been mentioned at all. This lack of communication and service is completely UNACCEPTABLE. The next avenue to pursue to hopefully get my AC unit repaired will be intervention from the BBB, which I will contact today.

homeowners insurance sets up the maintenance to these people telling you they will call and set up a time was what we liked. However they just showed up to our property with no call or appt date and time. First off i don’t know you, and it’s 0800a in the goddamn morning on a Saturday. Do your customer a courtesy of a phone call, scheduled time and date. Don’t just show up cause you never know what kind of protection a person has if you’re lingering around their house outside. Horrible first meet. I know nothing of their services since there aren’t any other reviews. Sad

My AC went out. I called this company from a referral of a friend. They came out within a couple of hours and got me back going. The price was very reasonable for the work required. I highly recommend Randy and have referred him to several people. They have been happy with his work.
