Needed a service call so I started reading reviews of the places in Wilson and this had the best remarks. They came out at my convenience and arrived on time and called ahead. There was no dilly or dally- went right in and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed. Luckily it was a cheap capacitor replacement. The tech James was great, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely use them again and would request that James come back out.

First, they arrived on the same day I called them! Next, they listened to my description of the problem. Clay had the part already in his hand when he got to the unit! The unit is fixed and working great! With the part, the call was under $200 !!!! BUT MORE IMPORTANT IS WHAT HE DIDNT DO: He did not try to sell me a new unit. He did not "Try" to figure out what the problem was (he already knew!) His knowledge and experience was there for my benefit. And FIXING IT was always their intent. ...I spent $660 4 weeks earlier WITH A COMPETITOR and the issue was never resolved. Their tech didn't even mention they part of the system that was broken in his solution. Davis Heating and AC knows what they are doing, they are reasonably priced, and they are timely. they are a good choice.

Davis said they can't come out right now to replace my part which they ordered a month ago and now havehin their posession. They can't come because they're 1½ hours away. They only come out when it's more worth the ride by having multiple work orders in my area. So I cant getgmine fixed until someone else's breaks? Meanwhile, I was told by Reeds Gas company that carbon monoxide is most likely getting in since the heat exchanger is bad and it won't stop burning outside because the valve is still stuck, Davis never replaced. Reeds said if it's burning and you smell gas but there is no circulation that usually means risk of carbon monoxide. I have 3kids, 3dogs 2 adults. But this call isn't worth Davis' ride. They don't want to right their wrong. They Came out a month ago, said I needed a valve and they would have to order it, they would put it back on and would take a week dkr the order. Well that was 11/29 and still, no valve replaced, but they DO have it. Now the heat exchange has gone bad and gas company says i could have carbon monoxide leaking in like that. But still.....its NOT important ENOUGH or enough money jnvolved FOR DAVIS TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX WHAT THEY STARTED ! If anything happens to me and my kids....here is the proof my family needs. I will say the technician that originally can out was very nice, seemed knowledgeable, I trusted him....but I don't know what happened after that. But the lack of good business ethics after the fact, is definitely a negative sign reflecting poor management.
