  Have used Randy for HVAC for years and years - always polite and competent - always trying to help. I think he does a great job - was always helpful and kind to my elderly mother when she needed repairs. Would totally recommend him and have to several and they were pleased with his services as well.

  Took ten months to finish the job. I had to hire another company to finish it. Went to pay him (for an unfinished job) because to told me he would sue. He called and harassed my wife multiple times cussing her out. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner get some counseling.

  Very disrespectful. Was supposed to do a service call on repairing our a/c. He wouldn't even get out of his truck due to our dog barking. Which was locked up on the porch. His reply was ( F-U I don't do dogs ) and he backed out and left.
