  Everyone I meet at Juergens was very helpful. This being Brook and Dottie working in the office to schedule my need installation Kevin, the installation tech was very professional and showed concerns not to damage my flooring and/or cabinets. He was a pleasure to work with

  Had 3 units looked at and serviced. One needed some repair. Both service techs were professional and explained what was going on. Repairs and service finished same day - definitely worth having piece of mind for all systems headed in to winter months. Thanks for the service!
