  I am very pleased with the service we received from Rainwater. Their bid to replace both our HVAC units (almost 30 years old) was not only the best price but also the most comprehensive and easy to understand. We only had one Change Order - at our request. They finished the work today and the final bill they presented was EXACTLY what they quoted - not a penny more. I highly recommend them.

  Rainwater Heating & Air replaced my 14 yr old A/C & Heating unit in Dec 2010. My unit is so energy efficient, my electricity bills are less than half of what they used to be when the old unit didn't shut off. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Rainwater Heating & Air. They call you back when they say they will; they show up when they say they will; they care about your comfort! I had one very minor issue after the installation requiring a service call...and they came on a weekend the very next morning to fix the problem. When they serviced the repair issues on my old unit, I received the same treatment...whether I spent $40 or $4000 with them, the service and professionalism was the same!
