  I scheduled/rescheduled the repair 3 days for an eventual visit on the 4th day. I don't know what or who to fault for the visit delay, Constellation Home Service or Five Star Chimney. Communication between us was off based. When the technician arrived, he was professional and his work was of good quality. Thank You

  This team was awesome and Felix was great. This was Home Warrany repair that the originally provider couldn’t handle. The guys showed up when they said they would, did the install and cleaned up the spot afterwards. They showed me what was done and hauled away all the old stuff. I’d just call them back to replace the other HVAC and it still operates just to have a quality and professional crew come out again.

  The service crew from 5Star are excellent! They thoroughly cleaned our fireplace. They also explained specific details regarding fire types & overall maintenance. I would highly recommend& will utilize 5Star again for our home! Great Job!
