I had Rusty come to my house this morning to explain to me how the new units that they installed worked and how to operate my new thermostats. What a great experience! Rusty was extremely knowledgeable and everyone from Radlee has been very helpful all the way through this entire process. I’m extremely happy that I hired them and would recommend them to anyone for their air-conditioning and heating needs.

A year ago & before we even hired Radlee Heating&Air(Clayton, GA), we had some questions about a potential A/C problem. Although we didn’t need Radlee then, Charles spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things. Today, when our heater went out, we knew exactly who to call. Once again, Charles spent time discussing this. He called in the best technician, Rusty, who truly exemplifies the professional and knowledgeable experience we have come to expect from Radlee. We trust this company and recommend them for any and all HVAC servicing.

Replaced both our tired dual fuel heat pump-furnace systems with new variable speed Trane units (4T and 2T).  What a difference.  Whisper quiet.  Remarkably energy efficient.  Smart wifi thermostats.  Fast and professional installation.  Great local company.  Highly recommended.

Radlee has installed two HVAC Trane systems in our house at Waterfall.  They are the most professional service company we have had. Before they start they conduct a thorough review of your home and spell out in great detail their proposal. In our case they determined that when our home was built the contractor did not extend the ducts in to our kitchen. We always wondered why that part of the house was so uncomfortable. I would highly rate them.

Denied service to a customer with NO heat. Because they didn't agree with customers 1 star rating review for equipment they installed and did not resolve issues for malfunctions on generators purchased.

This after purchasing over $12,000 in TRANE generator, TRANE dual heat pump and furnace about 3 years ago.

We have never performed any services for anyone by th name of Dilcia Barcenas. It’s unfortunate people can post negatively when not applicable.

If there were 6 stars I would give Radlee that.  Superb service and quality of product and installation on a/c unit. Charles was very generous with his time and advice when I called with emergency of no a/c and out of town guest for my  son's wedding. Doug and his team came and installed and cleaned up perfectly. Radlee was recommended to me by friends in Cashiers who had used them when they built their home. A heating system that I had for about 16 years suddenly quit on a freezing day.
