  Called 3 times over 2 days and nobody answered, so I left a message on the 3rd try. I called the 3rd day after waiting 24 hours for a call back (which didn’t happen) and a lady answered and said some other guy would call me to schedule. It’s been 2 weeks and I never got that call. I hear they do good work, but I give 3 stars for bad customer service.

  Called on 9/20/21 to get estimates to install 2 new boxes for ceiling fans and to replace a old loose one. Receptionist said he’s booked out 3 weeks but will call to schedule. It’s now 10/25/21 and never received a call back.

  Keith came when something was wrong with our panel. It was an unscheduled call, but he came when he could and he arrived on time. It took him no time to fix the issue, he was polite and to the point. We are very grateful for their willingness to come out, and he gave a very fair price in my opinion. Thank you!
