Hello, I have a pretty unique review here, and I do think this speaks on the quality of the staff, and their personals views. So I want to start off by saying I'm a Military service member, and when I had asked them about a military discount they said they did not offer one, how ever, they did go an extra mile and offer me a $80 dollar 10 year warranty for free. I understand not every where has a military discount, but I really respect the fact they took the extra mile to give me something for free due to my military service. In my mind, they basically gave me a little 5% discount by giving me this 10 year service. Good job Heins for taking care of our Military service members!

Very poor experience. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a solution or are in a hurry. I needed a replacement part. Was not greeted when walking in. The two workers did not acknowledge me until I told them what I was looking for. Instead of helping me get the part or even looking at it, I was told that they would not have it in stock and asked if I am sure that the part is bad. I wouldn't be there if I did not need the part or thought it was something else. I was then told to wait because one of the workers was busy helping someone else. The other worker walked away as well, leaving me to wait. The issue was not resolved and I ended up ordering the part online by myself. I suggest anyone else do the same.

Good morning Maison... I'm very sorry you had a bad experience when you came into our store. That is not like us at all. I will address these concerns with the team. As far as your part, we don't carry a lot of parts in store, due to all the different brands and parts. Most parts we get in a few days so we just order them. Again I do apologize about this and in hopes you will give us another try when you need something in the future.
